The Sheriff cannot pass the buck on this. First of all, the Sheriff works for We the People not the public servants like the school superintendent is. The Sheriff is voted in by We the People meaning, we hired the Sheriff to work for We the People. The Sheriff's loyalty is to the people not to the public servants.
The Sheriff is also the highest law enforcer of the Land.
The superintendent cannot order any gathering of We the People as unlawful and claim We the People are trespassing and tell the Sheriff to arrest anyone that does not leave. The Sheriff is there to remind the school superintendent and the board that they are there to represent the people and to be sure they are heard according to their rights because the Sheriff and all public servants take an Oath to the Constitution (USA & State). That is a contract between We the People and the public servants.
We the People are the benefactors of the Constitution (USA & State).
We the People cannot be charged with trespassing on any public property that we own, including schools and public buildings. We own them, we pay the bills, we maintain them, we hire the people that work in them to work for us!
We the People are the Boss and the Management. All public servants are the Employees and Labor of We the People.
We even own the time of the public servants while they are on the clock, they cannot cut off or limit your speaking time unless you agree to it. We the People tell them when they work and for how long. They do not tell us, they are not self-employed. We the People have employed them, even those that have been appointed by the public servants we put into their positions.
WE MUST HOLD ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS TO THEIR CONTRACT WITH US, THEIR OATH TO THE CONSTITUTION.
No excuses! Those that were arrested, file lawsuits and charge them in their official and personal capacity. Sue them to the fullest extent. Examples of these public servants need to be set and done so by We the People. When you sue, demand a trial by jury as well, it is our right. Do not settle. We need to set precedence. Those arrests were unlawful and illegal.
Start standing up and exercising ALL of your God-given inalienable rights.
If you do not know all of them, study them, learn the Constitution (USA & State) as well as the statues, compiled laws and codes. Learn their jobs, language, policies and procedures, you must know this stuff to be a good Boss and Manager. Learn how to hold them accountable and fire them if need be.
We the People hold all the political power
(MI Const. Art I, sec 1) "All political power in inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection."
Public servants and employment take the Oath to the Constitutions (USA & State)
(MI Const. Article XI, sec. 1) "All officers, legislative, executive and judicial before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the constitution of this state, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of ................... according to the best of my ability. No other oath, affirmation, or any religious test shall be required as a qualification of any office or public trust."
There is so much more I could inform you of. However, I cannot spoon feed you because I need you to start learning for yourself. I need you to discover your real status and the truth of it all so you will stand firm without a doubt. Together armed with true knowledge and united, We the People are unstoppable and do not bow down to the tyrants.
