Declaring God's Authority
It is important for this movement to go forth with understanding as expressed in 3 main documents:
1) God’s Authority 2) The Movement 3) Letter of Declaration. -Serving Notice- is both a notice and a decree.
Notice: formal communication (on the record), targeted at a particular person or group.
Decree: an official order issued by a legal authority. A declaration is a type of decree.
One of the greatest civil documents ever written is The Declaration of Independence. Our Founding Fathers assembled together, wrote down their concerns about King George III being a tyrannical despot imposing unjust laws which violated the laws of God. They pledged their lives, fortune and sacred honor, signed the document and sent it knowing their only hope was declaring God’s authority as the God of Nature, Creator, Supreme Judge of the World, and Divine Providence. The Original Intent of the Declaration of Independence was to declare God’s authority into our Civil Government, thus breaking the bonds of tyranny from Britain.
In order for a decree to have power, it has to be issued by a legal authority. The legal authority in the Declaration came from God. Four times in this document, they acknowledged God’s authority.
First, they declared God’s authority as the God of this earth, and of our physical/natural realm.
“…and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them…”
Second, they declared God’s authority as man’s Creator and the source of our Rights.
“All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.”
Third, they declared God’s authority as the Supreme Judge of the world as to their source of righteousness (rectitude) as they honor the Authority of the good people they protect.
“…Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare…”
Forth, they declared God’s authority in their protection, as His divine Providence (government) will prevail. The last words written down, were their pledge/commitment to one another.
“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”
The Declaration of Independence was based on the Magna Carta and the doctrine to the lesser magistrates.
Magna Carta Leaders interpose for their people. They stand in between the unjust laws, defying the tyrants and protecting the people. They choose to obey God’s laws/authority, over mans unjust laws. This will bring people to make a decision; obey this corrupt Babylonian system, or obey the laws of God?
Just as our Founding Fathers, We The People have assembled together, written down our concerns about our corrupt, tyrannical government and how they are violating our God-given Rights. We are signing our names, and Serving Notice knowing our decree has authority from God and He will empower us to carry out this decree. This will lead the way to creating Constitutional Counties (Great Charters) as Magna Carta Leaders arise and step into their God-given authority.
